You’ll play a key role in shaping how employment law is applied across 20+ countries – advising on everything from contracts and grievances to international mobility, contributor welfare, and global M&A activity.

What You’ll Do: Provide commercial, pragmatic advice on UK and international employment issues Draft and negotiate contracts, consultancy agreements, and settlements Support global production teams and senior stakeholders on sensitive HR matters Deliver training across the business – from boardroom to set Help evolve policies in a way that reflects legal changes and cultural priorities Get involved in corporate projects and high-profile transactions What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ PQE (or thereabouts) in employment law Clear communicator with a commercial mindset Media/creative industry exposure is a bonus, but not essential Experience with international employment matters is a plus Comfort...
