An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing employment law team within a leading international law firm. This is a chance to work with major commercial clients, including household names and FTSE-listed companies, in a dynamic and supportive environment. Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow The Role You’ll be part of a well‑established team that handles a broad range of employment law matters, offering variety and complexity across both contentious and non‑contentious work. Typical responsibilities include:

Advising on day‑to‑day employment issues Supporting corporate transactions, business transfers, and outsourcing projects Handling employment tribunal and civil litigation Advising on collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and industrial relations Conducting investigations, including regulatory matters Leading strategic projects and compliance initiatives

This team also works closely with international colleagues on cross‑border projects, giving you exposure to global employment law issues. About You We’re looking for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (3+ PQE) with experience across both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
