Employment (Senior Associate/Legal Director) – Claimant/Respondent

A City law firm are actively looking to recruit an experienced Employment Lawyer into its L500 ranked Employment department.

Joining a mid-sized sector focused sub-team you will advise employers on a range of employment matters, both litigation and advisory.

Although an employer focused role this firm are very open and interested in speaking with Employment Lawyers that have either a claimant or respondent background, including acting for individuals.

This role does not involve advising large corporations.

Operating at either a Senior Associate or Legal Director level you will work alongside the Head of Department providing supervision to around five Employment Solicitors within the team.

Very happy to speak with Lawyers that are looking for a step up in title.

Based in the City of London with good hybrid working and additional benefits.

Experience required

Be a qualified Employment Lawyer with at least 8 PQE – preference

Employment Lawyers with 6 PQE, including those qualified in Australia/New Zealand, may also be considered.

Possess supervisory experience
