Employment Law Solicitor (2+ PQE) Manchester | Full-Time | Competitive Salary DOE
We’re looking for a talented Employment Law Solicitor to join a progressive and growing legal team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued success of a highly respected Employment Department.
You’ll advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working with a mix of individuals and businesses. The role offers real autonomy, strong career development, and the chance to get involved in business development and client training.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a varied Employment Law caseload independently
* Advising on contracts, policies, and employment documentation
* Representing clients at Employment Tribunals
* Handling settlement agreements, grievances, and disciplinary matters
* Supporting client training sessions and legal updates
* Driving business development and networking activity
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE in Employment Law
* Strong Tribunal and advisory experience
* Confident managing your own caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
