We are now looking for a full time (or possibly two part-time) 3 year PQE plus Solicitor to provide specialist advice and representation on employment law and to provide representation in employment tribunal cases. They should have a proven track record of ET casework and advocacy and have a strong commitment to anti-discrimination and to workers’ rights.

The role is based in our London (Kingston upon Thames) office. The consultancy roles are not office based.

The successful candidate will report to CEO, Lawrence Davies.

The successful candidate will run employment tribunal cases; contribute to policy development and develop and deliver training.
