Employment Law Fee Earner – York Salary: Up to £55,000 plus benefits
Are you an experienced Employment Law specialist looking for a new challenge in a supportive and down-to-earth team? We’re working with a well-established regional firm that is looking to recruit a skilled Employment Fee Earner to join their busy Commercial team at their Clifton Moor office in York.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own high-quality caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law matters, with the autonomy to develop client relationships and make a real impact in a growing team.
About the Role
You’ll work on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
Contracts of employment and service agreements Discrimination and whistleblowing claims Disciplinary and grievance procedures Settlement agreements and negotiations TUPE transfers and restructuring Unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims Employment Tribunal preparation and advocacy Redundancy advice and workforce reorganisation
