Employment Advisor Salary: Starting salary £31,930 per annum. Raising to £33,930 depending on meeting operational performance requirements and passing probation. (This will be discussed further if successful in attending at interview).

You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment , from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. What youll be doing: Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment.
