Employment Advisor Salary: £31,000 per annum Location: Hammersmith Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Restart Advisor, you will play a transformational role in coaching and empowering individuals. You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment, from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. What youll be doing: Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment.
