What youll be doing Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants. Sell the Ingeus recruitment services to employers and utilise marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities. Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre-screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs. Promote and agree recruitment processes with employers, i.e. web and face to face recruitment sessions, screening and shortlisting processes as well as job offer processes.
