Location: Mainly Remote (Manchester office visits as required)

Salary: £20.79 - 24.95(DOE)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs per week

Adecco Manchester is partnering with a global fintech organisation to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Partner/Specialist, On an ongoing temporary contract

In this role, you will provide specialist Employee Relations expertise for the Netherlands, supporting People Managers, HR Business Partners, and Legal Counsel on complex ER matters-particularly those involving restructuring, redundancies, union/works council consultations, and Dutch employment law. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that all cases are handled fairly, consistently, and in compliance with Dutch legislation and internal policies. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is confident managing sensitive and multifaceted ER issues from end to end.

Key Responsibilities
