Location: London Road, SM4 5DX

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £31.45 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Understand and apply employment laws and HR best practices.

Manage complex worker relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.

Conduct formal HR processes like disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation impartially.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Strong knowledge of employment legislation.

Experience in managing worker relations cases.

Skills in conflict resolution and mediation.

Nice to Have

Understanding of current HR issues at local and national levels.
