Employee Relations Manager, 12-month FTC, Leading Airline

Job Description

My client, a leading brand in the airline sector, is looking for an employee relations manager to join their global employee relations team on a fixed term 12 month contract. This person will help shape the transformation of their international employee relations strategy globally.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant experience working with trade unions in large, complex, matrix organisations.
  • A proven track record of delivering meaningful change and leading IR-sensitive projects.
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation and current ER/IR practices.
  • Experience managing conflict, driving employee engagement, and leading strategic negotiations.
