A leading UK organisation operating in a complex, high-profile environment is seeking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join a high-performing team.
The Role You will act as a trusted, independent expert managing highly sensitive and business-critical ER casework across a large, unionised, and operationally diverse organisation. With direct influence on reputational risk, cost mitigation, and legal exposure, this is a role for a professional with credibility and gravitas.
You will: Lead complex case investigations, disciplinary appeals, whistleblowing matters, and executive complaints. Represent the organisation in Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal proceedings, with settlement authority at judicial mediation stages. Engage with senior stakeholders including HR Directors, Group Legal, union representatives, and executive leadership. Identify trends and proactively support cultural and behavioural improvements. Improve line manager capability through identification of development needs and provision of feedback on an individual basis and sharing learning from cases overall with stakeholders.
