Elevation Recruitment Groups specialist People & HR division are delighted to work with a growing healthcare business in the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor in Sheffield.


Reporting into the Senior Employee Relations Manager this Employee Relations Advisor role is a great opportunity offering:

Key Responsibilities Incl. But are not limited to:


  • Lead and manage a varied ER caseload (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, flexible working)
  • Coach and influence managers to ensure fair, consistent and compliant decision-making
  • Advise in line with employment law, internal policy and best practice
  • Support complex/high-risk cases and employment tribunal preparation
  • Analyse ER data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support organisational change activities (e.g. restructures, contract changes)


Elevation People & HR team are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience:


  • Proven experience managing ER cases within a busy HR environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident stakeholder management and coaching skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations professionally
  • Must have a full clean drivers license and willingness to travel
  • CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
