Overview We're hiring an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the growth of a globally recognised quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand. This field-based, 12-month fixed-term contract role covers the South of the UK and places you at the heart of driving fair, consistent, and compliant people practices across the restaurant estate. You'll be a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing expert guidance on all employee relations matters while contributing to a culture rooted in respect, development, and high performance.
