Reporting directly to senior management, you will be part of a vibrant HR team dedicated to maintaining high standards and driving positive employee engagement. About you Level 5 Associate CIPD qualification or working towards it Demonstrable experience or a strong interest in employee relations, handling complex and sensitive issues Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to provide sound advice Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong relationship-building and influencing skills High level of integrity and discretion What you'll do Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations policies and procedures Support managers in managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management Assist in conducting investigations and preparing documentation for hearings Ensure all cases are managed in line with employment law and company policies Support the management of long-term sickness and absence cases Maintain accurate, confidential employee relations records Offer administrative support related to employee relations processes Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple sites For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
