Advantage Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading organisation seeking an Employee Relations Advisor with strong knowledge of UK employment law and industrial relations frameworks. This role will be pivotal in advising HR teams and managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices that support a positive workplace culture.
What will you be doing? Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, absence, and flexible working. Manage industrial relations matters, liaising with employee representatives and interpreting collective agreements. Conduct impartial investigations into ER cases and produce thorough reports with well-informed recommendations. Identify training needs and support the delivery of employee and manager upskilling in ER/IR topics.
