Join our established Health & Risk Consulting team, where collaboration and flexibility are at the heart of what we do. We’re expanding due to continued growth and are looking for our next SME Associate Consultant/Consultant to help shape the future of our client relationships.

- You’ll transition from supporting to leading client interactions, acting as a key advisor for a portfolio of SME clients.
- You’ll build on your organisational strengths to manage client meetings, deliver expert advice, and identify new business opportunities.
- You’ll gain exposure to industry trends, employee benefits strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with wider Aon teams.
- You’ll be supported in your personal development, with opportunities to grow your consulting skills and industry knowledge.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from our Leeds or Manchester offices.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience within the SME Health & Benefits sector is preferential – Whether from a Risk or Health background
- This role may suit someone currently in an administration or sales role looking to take that next step to a consultant position
- The successful applicant will have a proven track record of effective client facing behaviours
- Good interpersonal skills to deploy on both the internal and external client teams
- A commercial mind, supported by effective planning of pipeline opportunities
- A self-motivating desire to improve Aon IQ to help drive further opportunities
