Job Title : Employability Partnership Manager Location : Speke Salary : £30,000 £32,000 (depending on experience) Contract : Permanent Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm) Role Overview: We are recruiting an experienced Employability Partnership (Project) Manager to lead the delivery of a new hyper-local employment hub in Speke, in partnership with a local housing association. This role is at the heart of bringing employment support into the community, ensuring residents have access to practical, welcoming, and effective services that help them move closer to meaningful work and improved wellbeing. You will coordinate employment and wellbeing support delivered from the hub, manage staff and caseloads, build strong partnerships, and develop innovative approaches to engage local residents.
