With payroll processes at different stages of maturity, the company is investing in greater consistency, control, and scalability across the region. You'll be joining a lean, collaborative HR function with strong visibility and the opportunity to shape how payroll is delivered across EMEA. Your New Role As the EMEA Payroll Specialist/Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating autonomously, with no requirement for close supervision or extensive onboarding.Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible not only for accurate payroll delivery but also for reviewing, mapping, and standardising payroll processes across the region. You'll act as the payroll subject-matter expert, working confidently with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive improvements and ensure compliance.
