We're looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for delivering timely, precise, and compliant payroll services for our diverse employee population. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the regional payroll operations, ensuring smooth and reliable service. You'll oversee complex, multi‑country payroll processes, protect sensitive employee information, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to create a seamless and trusted payroll experience.
Your new role
Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring all data is validated and submitted accurately to outsourced payroll providers. Maintain full compliance with country‑specific payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards. Uphold rigorous control standards, protecting confidential information and maintaining strong audit readiness. Act as the first point of escalation for payroll queries, providing expert guidance and timely resolution. Partner closely with Finance, HR, Global Payroll teams, and third‑party vendors to seamless payroll operations. Support payroll transformation initiatives, including system implementations Produce statutory and year‑end reporting activities, ensuring full compliance with local tax and social security requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and drive continuous operational improvements. Produce accurate payroll reporting and forecasts. What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of EMEA payroll practices and compliance Experience with multi-country payroll operations Would be advantageous if fluent in a European language (especially French). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with payroll systems What you'll get in return
