Electronic Records Coordinator Prestigious US law firm are looking to recruit an Electronic Records Coordinator on a permanent basis. \n Salary to £55,000 (depending on experience) 09:30-17:30 working hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Based in stunning Thameside offices close to St Pauls station \n Reporting to the Regional Governance Manager, the Electronic Records Coordinator’s (ERC) will assist both legal and nonlegal staff in coordinating the life cycle of records in their original electronic format and digitizing physical records into the document management system, thus creating a complete electronic matter file. Electronic Records Coordinator Key Responsibilities: \n Works with local teams to identify and remediate electronic filing concerns / commonly asked questions to develop QRGs, training classes, and other related educational material Utilizing metrics, proactively reaches out to individuals within assigned offices to help with digital filing projects Serves as Information Governance liaison to Information Technology, Knowledge Management, and other departments regarding electronic records management needs for various initiatives Facilitates the appropriate disposition of electronic records, including the archival and destruction Develops and/or re...
