Job Description
Main Responsibilities
As an Electrician / Electrical Fitter , you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on utility-scale renewable projects. You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards , contributing to our mission of delivering reliable, grid-compliant electrical solutions.
Key Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair HV, LV, and DC electrical systems in accordance with technical and safety regulations.
Assemble, connect, and test panels, transformers, switchgear, inverters , and distribution boards .
Perform cabling, glanding, terminating, and testing using approved electrical instruments.
Support installation and integration of solar panels, mounting systems, and inverters .
Conduct inspection, fault-finding, testing, and commissioning to ensure systems meet grid and project specifications.
Prepare and complete site reports, test certificates , and handover documentation.
Liaise with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Maintain health and safety standards , ensuring PPE use and adherence to site protocols.
Supervise or assist junior staff , participating in ongoing training and toolbox talks.
