Electrician\nSalary/Rate : £35000 - £37000/annum\nLocation: Oxfordshire\nDescription\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team, working on void properties, kitchens, and bathrooms within the social housing sector. This will be to cover Oxfordshire predominately. This is a permanent position with a respected contractor known for valuing and supporting its staff.\nKey Responsibilities of the Electrician:\n * \n Carry out electrical installations, testing, repairs, and upgrades in void properties and occupied homes (kitchens and bathrooms).\n * \n Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.\n * \n Work both independently and as part of a wider team of tradespeople.\n * \n Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or paperwork.\nRequirements of the Electrician:\n * \n NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.\n * \n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.\n * \n 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (desirable).\n * \n Experience in social housing or domestic property maintenance.\n * \n Full UK driving licence.\nWhat’s On Offer for the successful Electrician:\n * \n Company van and fuel card provided.\n * \n 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).\n * \n Competitive benefits package.\n * \n Supportive employer who values staff wellbeing and long-term development
