Our mission is simple yet powerful: to elevate the quality of life in the communities we serve by innovating and improving the spaces where people reside, work, and gather.We are looking to bring onboard Electricians to carry out electrical work in Solar PV, Battery Storage and ASHP installation across Cumbria, Northumberland and Yorkshire.ResponsibilitiesThe work is varied, primarily domestic and your duties will include the following...Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, renew, test, and maintain Solar PV and Renewable systems.Testing & Certification: Inspect, test, and issue certification for all electrical installations and repairs (including fixed wiring circuits).Diagnostics: Carry out fault diagnosis on-site and report non-electrical faults to the Line Manager.Safety: Prepare sites for safe working, conduct on-site risk assessments, and comply with all H&S policies.Documentation: Keep accurate records of all work undertaken, including maintenance and repair logs.Professional Development: Keep trade qualifications up to date and attend training as instructed by management.Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceExperience in a similar role - Solar PV, Battery Storage experience is highly desiredApproved recognized trade qualification (City & Guilds, SVQ Level 3, or equivalent).Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Inspection & Testing Certificate.Valid CSCS or ECS card.Working knowledge of all current Health and Safety legislation.Ability to communicate technical information effectively to customers and colleagues.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working within a team environment.Personable with the ability to handle all aspects customer serviceFull UK Driving License and subject to a Disclosure Check/DBS.What We OfferBase Salary £45kCompany van and fuel card.29 days annual leave (includes statutory bank holidays and Christmas/New Year closure).Employer-contributed pension schemeEnhanced Maternity/Paternity leave, Flexible Benefits (Bike to Work, Health Shield care plan), and Employee Assistance Program.JBRP1_UKTJ
