Electrician - Temp to Perm (Social Housing)

Location: Salisbury - Poole
Pay Rate: £39,000 pa
Start Date: Immediate start available

We are currently recruiting a qualified Electrician for a temp to perm position carrying out electrical work within social housing properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable electrician looking for long-term, stable employment.

The Role:

Carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs, and small installation works

Electrical testing and inspection (EICRs)

Working in occupied and void social housing properties

Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards

Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)

Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
