- Social Housing (Permanent) Location: Derbyshire Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Package: Company Van Fuel Card Excellent Benefits Agency: Hiring on behalf of a leading social housing contractor About the Role We're recruiting an experienced and reliable Electrician to join a well?established contractor specialising in maintenance and improvement works across social housing properties in Derbyshire.

This is a permanent role, offering long?term stability, ongoing support, and a company van for work use.

Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and to a high standard Complete EICRs and any remedial works required Ensure all work meets current electrical regulations and best practices Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with tenants Keep accurate records and update job management systems where required Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition qualified 2391 (Testing & Inspection) desirable but not essential Experience working in social housing or domestic environments Full UK driving licence Strong communication and problem?solving skills What's xbpsjku on Offer Permanent employment with a respected contractor Company van fuel card Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive management team and a steady workload Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply If you're a skilled Electrician looking for a stable, long-term role in the Derbyshire area, we'd love to hear from you.
