They are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician with experience in social housing projects to join their dedicated reactive maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs within social housing properties. * Carry out regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants. * Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver a high standard of service. * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including compliance documentation. * Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times. * Provide excellent customer service, liaising with tenants to ensure minimal disruption and effective resolution of issues.
