Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites

* Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and professional manner

* Accurately record all works using a computerised maintenance management system

* Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure minimal disruption and high service delivery

* Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

* 17th or 18th Edition qualification

* Recognised apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
