An opportunity has arisen for experienced Electricians to join a long-term social housing contract in the Carlisle area.

The role will involve a mix of EICR testing, upgrade works and installations, working across both void and tenanted properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out EICR testing and remedial works

Electrical upgrades and installations

Maintenance and repair tasks

*

Ensuring compliance with current regulations

Working efficiently to meet deadlines

✅ Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

*

City & Guilds 2391

*

18th Edition

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience

*

Full UK Driving Licence
