Our client is seeking a fully qualified Electrician, preferably with experience in Voids unoccupied properties carrying out full rewires, fuse boards changes and monitoring of ventilation upgrades/systems. You will be working on domestic and social housing properties on a temporary assignment for up to 4 weeks, maybe longer.

Location - covering social housing and domestic unoccupied/Voids properties in Newport and the surrounding areas. Must have own van, pay for your own fuel to jobs and have your own tools. Hours - 8 am-4 pm - Monday to Friday Pay - Up to £220 per day Responsibilities Full rewires , ventilation and aco monitoring systems (damp & moisture). Working in mainly voids/unoccupied properties Some reactive works potentially. Excellent attention to detail and a team player Various lighting upgrades Extractor fan replacements. xehkeey Test and inspection Requirements Experience with domestic properties (Ideally 6-7 years) Experience with full rewire installations and Ventilation systems.
