Social Housing Maintenance Locations: St Helens & Warrington Pay Rate: £22.55 per hour PAYE/ Umbrella + £550 per week on-call allowance Type: Temp to Perm Start: ASAP We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a well-established Social Housing Maintenance company operating across St Helens and Warrington. This is a long-term opportunity with a temp-to-perm offer for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be working across two key areas of the service: Planned Works Team: Electrical works within the Bathroom & Kitchen Scheme Responsive Repairs Team: Day-to-day maintenance and emergency repairs (on-call available for this team) Duties will include: Electrical maintenance, repairs, testing, and installation work
