Job Description

We have an opportunity for a qualified Electrician (ideally approved but not essential) to join our team. This position is full time labour only sub-contract.

As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory basic DBS check.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete planned preventative maintenance to commercial electrical installations
  • Carry out electrical installation work
  • Testing & inspection of electrical systems and equipment
  • Complete electrical repairs
  • Source correct parts to resolve issues
  • Routine servicing of systems and completion of service reports
  • Follow Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work

Requirements

  • Full UK drivers licence (no more than 6 points)
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Testing & Inspection Qualification (Beneficial)
  • A minimum 2 years industry experience
  • Good knowledge of the industry and working practices
  • Be competent and skilled in working on electrical systems
  • Have the ability to identify issues and source the correct parts to resolve customer issues
  • ECS or CSCS Card
  • IT Literate preferably
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Polite, patient & courteous
  • IPAF (Beneficial)
  • PASMA (Beneficial)


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Overtime available
  • Join out of hours call out rota 1 week in 8 weeks
