The Role As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, and functioning efficiently. Your work will help maintain the integrity and reliability of our property infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and modify electrical systems (single and three-phase). Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations and distribution boards. Maintain and install LED and emergency lighting systems. Perform internal and external wiring repairs, and diagnose electrical faults. Work on plant room equipment including motors, pumps, and fan coil units (FCUs). Read and follow schematic drawings and site plans accurately.
