Position: Domestic Electrician
Location: King’s Lynn & Dereham Surrounding Areas
Salary: £37,534 per annum, with progression opportunities to £43,530 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hrs a week – Permanent Position
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Social Housing Electrician to join our team, working across occupied and void properties in the King’s Lynn and Dereham area. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and maintenance to ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained for our .
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day electrical repairs and planned maintenance in social housing properties
Carry out EICRs, fault finding, rewires, and remedial works
Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service to
Complete job sheets, certifications, and reports accurately and on time
Work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Requirements
18th Edition qualification (essential)
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation
2391 Testing & Inspection (essential)
Experience in social housing or domestic electrical work
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care
