Required Qualifications as per the Electrotechnical Assessment Specification (EAS) Qualification Guide (as amended)

Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations: BS 7671 (as amended) Level 3 Award in the Installation and Commissioning of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment in Domestic, Commercial and Industrial locations, or equivalent. Core Technical Competence in Electrotechnical Work Route 1 - Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship, or equivalent, incorporating end point assessment of competence.

Route 2 - Older qualifications Route 3 - Experienced WorkerRequired Experience Previous experience installing PVC trunking Working with and terminating Twin & Earth cable and 6mm 3-core Hi-tuff Installation and termination of SWA up to and including 6mm 3-core Previous experience installing Henley/Lucy blocks to split single phase 100A mains supply Surveying for and installing domestic earth rods Simple cable containment installation (steel tray and trunking) Solar PV experience desirable
