Electrician - EICR£40,163 per annumMaidstoneFulltimePermanentWere looking for a qualified Electrician EICR to join our in-house Repairs and Maintenance team at Golding Homes.This role is primarily focused on completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across our housing stock and carrying out all remedial works identified to ensure our customers homes are safe, compliant and well maintained.Youll play a critical role in delivering our in-house electrical compliance programme, working to high technical standards and helping us meet our statutory responsibilities. Where workload allows, youll also support other electrical workstreams such as responsive repairs and voids.This is an exciting time to join Golding Homes.
