Are you an Electrician with experience in commercial projects or facilities maintenance, looking for a stable, long-term permanent role with a national company that has grown rapidly over the past five years? On offer is the chance to work for one of the UK's leading privately owned self-storage providers, a business that has doubled its workforce in just five years and excels in acquiring land and established sites before developing new-build storage facilities and large steel-frame extensions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of the company's buildings across the UK.

Key duties include general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and cladding), liaising with external contractors, following CDM-compliant safe work systems, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

The role is 40 hours per week with rota' d shifts Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30.
