We've been operating since 2013 and work on high-end residential properties, listed buildings, garden lighting installations and luxury refurbishments across Hertfordshire and North London. you'll fit in well here. What the role looks like day to day:

You'll work as part of a two-person team alongside a trainee, with a technical supervisor, operations manager and the company owner all hands-on behind you. The business is well-organised

materials are pre-ordered and ready for collection each morning, so no waiting at the wholesaler.

Scheduling, job information and certification are all handled through our CRM system. Test certs are done on a tablet and sent straight to the office. No chasing paperwork, no being left to figure things out on your own. The work itself covers garden lighting installations, domestic rewires, upgrades, fault finding and commercial maintenance

mostly across prestige residential properties, hotels, listed buildings and estates. What we're looking for:

4+ years domestic/residential experience

AM2 and 18th Edition qualified

Clean UK driving licence

Own hand and power tools

Someone who communicates well and cares about doing things properly Experience with external or garden lighting is useful but not essential

we'll support the right person to develop in that area. What you get:

£38,000£45,000 depending on experience

Company van, fuel card and tablet
