In this position, you'll be supported through a structured induction and training programme, learning how to plan and deliver engaging lessons before gradually taking on teaching responsibilities. Once established, you'll work with apprentices and learners at Entry Level through to Level 3, combining your hands-on electrical experience with practical and classroom-based learning in well-equipped workshops.

The Role:
Complete a structured training programme to develop teaching and delivery skills
Deliver practical and classroom-based Electrical Installation training
Teach areas such as installation, inspection & testing, fault-finding, and regulations
Use real-world industry experience to prepare learners for employment
Monday to Friday, daytime hours, based in Accrington
The Person:
Experienced Electrician
Time-served with strong hands-on industry experience
No prior teaching or training experience required
Interested in making a long-term career change
Willing to undertake funded teaching qualifications and training
