Are you an experienced Electrical Tester with 18th Edition and 2391 who’s confident signing off your own work?
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing, professional M&E contractor with a strong reputation in commercial and residential installs. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent pay, stability, and progression.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
*
Electrical testing & inspection on commercial/residential installations
*
Signing off your own works (and junior engineers where required)
*
Fault-finding, remedials and certification
*
Working in accordance with latest IET wiring regs (18th Edition)
*
Communicating with site teams, project managers, and clients
What’s On Offer:

£55K–£60K basic salary (depending on experience)

Company van + fuel card
*
Full-time, permanent position with a busy pipeline
*
Clear progression into supervisory or compliance roles if desired
*
Primarily London & Home Counties (occasional further travel)
What You’ll Need:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
*
18th Edition
*
2391 or equivalent testing & inspection qualification
*
ECS Gold Card
*
Strong testing, fault-finding and cert-writing skills
*
Ability to work independently and with pride
