We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Technician who will undertake planned and reactive maintenance. You will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to, readily interacting with our client / tenants as required. You will also be one of two appointed APs for the LV systems on site.As part of the Electrical Technician role, you will:Legislative PPM tasks including Emergency Luminaire Inspection, Test and Repair Reactive Maintenance tasks to a variety of plant and equipment as directed by the helpdesk Site AP for LV Includes all AP duties and responsibilities Functional Switching of 11KV distribution network Fault diagnosis and solution identification/implementation Risk assessment Out of hours callout support based on a 1 week in 4 rota Adherence to PPM assigned to you by the scheduler Contribution to continuous process/system improvement Accurate identification of faults and timely implementation of appropriate solutionsAs an Electrical Technician, were looking for:18th Edition IEE Wiring RegulationOther formal electrical qualifications such as C&G Level 3Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong decision making abilityIn return, well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
