Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to support offshore installation, testing, and commissioning activities on the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Project. This role focuses on electrical work across turbine systems, ensuring all tasks meet project and safety standards during offshore operations.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical installation, testing, and commissioning on offshore wind turbine systems.
Carry out cable terminations, continuity/insulation resistance testing, and troubleshooting.
Work from vessel or W2W operations to support turbine installation and energization.
Complete electrical documentation, check sheets, and test records.
Assist commissioning teams with energization, system checks, and fault finding.
Follow OEM procedures, project standards, and offshore HSE requirements.
Report progress, issues, and defects to supervisors and engineering teams.
Ensure all electrical work meets offshore and project-specific quality standards.
Requirements
Electrical background (Technician level or similar).
Offshore wind experience (WTG installation, cabling, commissioning, or maintenance).
Valid GWO certificates (BST minimum).
Valid Offshore Medical (OGUK) + Chester Step Test.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, turbine components, and testing procedures.
Experience working offshore (vessels, W2W, or turbine platforms).
Ability to read electrical drawings, follow procedures, and complete technical documentation.
12‑month contract with potential extension.
