As the Electrical Team Leader, you will lead a multi-disciplined diagnostic team, working 12-hour days to respond to breakdowns and develop repair strategies. You will support the department's Shift Management team, including Production and Engineering, to ensure safety, quality, and production plans are met. The team is flexible and multi-functional, with individuals with specific knowledge of each department. The role requires a high technical ability, problem-solving skills, and a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all departments and gain working knowledge using local team experience.
