As the Electrical Team Leader, you will lead a multi-disciplined diagnostic team, working 21 shifts to respond to breakdowns and develop repair strategies. You will support the Production and Engineering Shift Management team to ensure safety, quality, and production plans are met. The team is flexible and multi-functional, with individuals with specific knowledge of each department. The leader should have knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment, and people, be a high technical ability, and be the first point of call for problem-solving. They should have a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) mindset and suggest inspection improvements and failure reduction measures.
