Electrical Supervisor – Central London – £55,000 – Mon to Fri

A client direct supervisor role for a qualified electrical leader. This is hands on leadership with clear responsibility, strong stakeholder contact, and a structured team setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supervising electrical engineers and allocating daily tasks

* Remaining hands on with fault finding and complex works

* Planning PPM delivery and closing out overdue actions

* Managing subcontractors, permits, and site access

* Completing audits, inspections, and quality checks

* Producing reports, handovers, and weekly updates

* Updating CAFM, logbooks, and compliance documentation

* Supporting recruitment, training, and engineer development

What We’re Looking For

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 3

* AM2

* 18th Edition

* Supervisory experience in commercial building maintenance

* 2391 as a bonus

* Strong admin skills, clear reporting, confident communication

* High standards on safety, permits, and compliance
