Role Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor with strong fit-out project experience to oversee and actively participate in electrical works on a long-term project based at 25 Baker Street, London. The successful candidate will combine hands-on electrical duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site\n\n * \n\n Carry out hands-on electrical installation and fit-out works\n\n * \n\n Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme\n\n * \n\n Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance\n\n * \n\n Liaise with site management, contractors, and other trades\n\n * \n\n Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve site issues\n\n * \n\n Ensure materials, tools, and labour are effectively managed\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Working Electrical Supervisor\n\n * \n\n Strong background in commercial fit-out projects\n\n * \n\n Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Valid Gold or Black CSCS Card\n\n * \n\n SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures\n\n * \n\n Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n Long-term, stable contract\n\n * \n\n Competitive daily rate (£250–£280)\n\n * \n\n Immediate start available\n\n * \n\n Central London location
