Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an established team delivering a high-quality office fit-out project in London. This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced commercial environments.

Role Overview

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical works on site, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

Supervise all electrical installation works on a commercial office fit-out

*

Manage and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site

*

Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

*

Liaise with project managers, other trades, and site teams

*

Carry out progress checks, quality inspections, and snagging

*

Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover activities

*

Report progress and any issues to site management

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

*

Gold ECS

*

SSSTS / SMSTS

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on office fit-out or commercial projects

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial environments

*

Good knowledge of current UK electrical regulations

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

*

Strong leadership and communication skills
