We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Natural Resources Team working on our Thames Water framework.

Location: You'll travel to sites as required across the northern Thames Valley.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time. Flexible and part-time hours may be available—just let us know.

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Supervisor within our Wastewater Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP), you will carry out hands-on electrical installation works on Thames Water sites for both permanent and temporary installations. You will supervise other Kier electricians, ensuring their work meets standards, and conduct electrical inspections and testing.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Installing low-voltage electrical systems, including containment, power and control cables, and testing installations.
• Supervising Kier electricians and mates, providing mentorship to electrical apprentices.
• Supporting the development of commissioning documentation, including outage management plans.
• Producing electrical RAMS and reviewing contractor RAMS.
• Reviewing and signing off project ITPs, managing documentation through Kier’s data environment.

What are we looking for?

This Electrical Supervisor role is ideal if you have:

• Proven industry experience in the Water Industry in a similar role.
• Relevant JIB Gold Card / ECS card, C&G 2330 or 2360 in electrical installations.
• IEE 18th edition wiring regulations and C&G 2391 Inspect and Test.
• Good knowledge of sewage and water treatment processes, systems, and M&E plant/equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
