Salary: £43,300 per annum Shifts: Monday to Friday (08:0016:30) About the Role Were currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large commercial site in Wigston, Leicestershire (LE18). Youll be responsible for overseeing a technical engineering team, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment. Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across electrical systems and building services equipment. Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance when required. Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems. Support and coordinate a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure high standards of service delivery. Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements of the Electrical Supervisor City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer position within a commercial or critical environment.
